Hollow-Bar Micropiles Stabilize Settling Foundation
The structure was experiencing foundation settlement due to unstable subsurface conditions. Buried rock and difficult soil layers beneath the foundation made conventional foundation repair methods impractical. Without stabilization, continued settlement threatened the structural integrity of the building and posed long-term safety and performance concerns.
